Today I am showcasing a “ribbeting” read. My youngest daughter was captivated by Frog Goes on Holiday by Carly Gledhill.

Frog isn’t like other frogs, he wants to see the world and sets off on a holiday adventure. My two year old was delighted by the unusual page shapes and peep-through holes as we followed Frog travel all over the place.
Carly has used bright, bold colours throughout the book which really catches the eye. My daughter particularly loved tracing her finger over Frog’s route as he travelled around in a loop the loop.

Frog Goes on Holiday is a perfect book to share with 1 – 2 year olds, introducing new words and also developing motor control and accuracy. We loved this inventive, playful and interactive book!
